What is the minimum investment amount?

How is the interest repaid?
Interest can be repaid in one of two ways: either through quarterly repayments, providing regular returns, or rolled up and paid as a lump sum at the end of the investment term. The choice is yours based on your preferred repayment schedule.
If I need my money back, what is the process?
No problem! Simply provide us with 2 months' written notice, and we will begin the process of repaying your investment. You can expect the funds to be returned within 2 months of your notice.
How is my investment secure?
Your investment is secured firstly through our company loan agreement, drafted by our solicitors. In combination with this, we provide a director’s personal guarantee for the full amount. To further demonstrate our commitment, we also invest our own money into each property deal, ensuring we are fully invested in the success of each investment.
How do you pay me back my loan plus my investment?
We utilise a proven property strategy known as BRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance), which involves increasing the property's value and refinancing it at the higher valuation. This process ensures that we can return your loan and investment. Additionally, our business benefits from multiple income streams, including HMO lettings and management, allowing us to sufficiently cover your quarterly interest payments.
Do you offer an Earn & Learn investment opportunity?
Yes, we do offer an earn & learn investment opportunity. You can invest a minimum of £25,000 for a fixed rate return of 11%. You have the option to receive interest payments quarterly or have it rolled up and paid along with your initial investment at the end of the 12th month. During these 12 months we will teach you everything about the deal you invest in, including weekly updates and site visits so you earn interest on your savings whilst learning how to invest in property.
